PERSONAL TRAINING CONSULTATION

 During this consultation, I will be conducting a profile on you. In other words, along with learning your health history, i will evaluate your current health and fitness level. I will assess your body and discover what your problem areas of concern are to you and I will complete an in-depth evaluation  of your physical condition, which will include flexibility and range of motion assessments. I will go over with you what we will be doing in the gym to reach your specific goals and all the things that you want to achieve in training. Depending on your goals and your schedule, together we will determine how many times a week that we should train together, and at that point  you will be put on the training schedule.

The cost for a personal training consultation is $75.00

PERSONAL TRAINING with NUTRITION CONSULTATION –

Adding Nutrition to your consultation will arm you with all the information, knowledge and tools that you will need to start making better food choices that will enable you to lose weight, build muscle, improve your health and increase your energy. 

With better eating habits you can expect to achieve:

  • Improved health conditions
  • Decreased aches and pains
  • Improved bathroom habits
  • Prevent disease

Whatever physical maladies you may have or whatever health goals you may have, good sound nutrition should always be your first line of defense.  I will learn all about you , your lifestyle and what your current eating habits are, and then based to some degree on your likes and dislikes, I will design a nutritional menu plan for you that will address the issues that you are having and to attain the goals that you want to achieve in the gym. This will be a detailed outline so that you will know exactly what to do and when to do it. I will motivate you by educating you on what you can expect to feel when you make certain dietary changes. The great news is that I promise you that “you will never be hungry”! You will never feel deprived. You will learn that’s It’s not “How much” you are eating, but instead it is  “What” you are eating AND what is eating you that makes the difference. 

I will teach you how to eat healthily and still very much enjoy the foods that you are eating. You will learn how to substitute foods that you are currently eating that are not healthy with healthier great tasting alternatives. I will arm you with a:

  • Grocery store shopping food list
  • A list of tips and reminders
  • A list of certain foods to avoid 
  • A booklet of tried and true recipes that you will love

I will also be giving you a food journal so that you can document your progress and to help keep you accountable.

Most times, I even go so far as to send you home with several healthy, great tasting foods that I have personally made just so that you can try them and see how great they really are.  Like, my blueberry Belgian waffles that have no sugar, no white flour and have less than 1 gram of fat per waffle. Yet they taste fantastic! (an iHop Belgian waffle has 24 grams of fat) Also, a 2-cup serving of my delicious chili which many clients have stated is “the best chili they’ve ever eaten” yet it only has 3.6 grams of fat but tastes like its unhealthy counterpart that is roughly 45 grams of fat or more! Those are just a couple examples.

I’m going to teach you how to:

  • Cook healthily by substituting the unhealthy fats with healthy or no fat without compromising flavor.
  • How to eat out at almost any restaurant and still maintain your new found eating habits.
  • Be prepared in advance so that when you are hungry you won’t make impulsive food choices.  The cost of this consultation is $125.00
