I’m Kathy Stone.

New Mind And Body is a personal training studio with commercial equipment that is designed for one-on-one personal training sessions. It has a personal and private atmosphere that enables the client and the trainer to discuss confidential matters and to work at their own unique level of fitness without judgment from others.

At New Mind And Body, we treat the individual as a whole. We look at all aspects of your life (health, fitness level, goals and desires, career, relationships, family history, trauma, etc.) to design and implement a fitness program specifically for you.

New Mind And Body Personal Training Center has a world class team of personal trainers who are certified, experienced, and, above all else, committed to your personal growth. We work with out of shape beginners to veteran exercise enthusiasts and everything in between. With our knowledge, passion, compassion, desire, work ethic, and just the right amount of “push”, No matter who you are or your circumstances, we will get you to where you want to be. We are dynamic motivators and we are results driven. With a team of 6 trainers, we will choose a personal trainer who best aligns with your fitness goals, personality and training style.

People get overwhelmed and intimidated when walking into a public gym. They are not sure what they should be doing in order to reach their specific goals. Also, without proper instruction, it is very easy to get injured. Without a personal trainer, it is also very easy to procrastinate and put off your exercise when you don’t have someone helping to keep you accountable and to motivate you.

At New Mind And Body we treat the individual as a whole. We look at all aspects of your life (health, fitness level, goals and desires, career, relationships, family history, trauma’s etc.) to design and implement a fitness program specifically for you. After your initial extensive consultation, we are armed with the knowledge of what your goals are, any limitations you may have, and we know exactly what we need to do in order to reach those goals.

We are with you every step of the way, praising or correcting. We are not only your experts on physical training but we are also your cheerleaders, boosting you up and motivating you to be all that you can and want to be.

This is just one of the things that separates us from everyone else. We have a commercial private gym facility. We only do one-on-one training. There is only one client and one trainer in the gym at a time. Personal Training is just that-Personal. You are free to talk about personal things that you do not want other people to hear. You are free to just be yourself, at your specific level without the judgement of others. For the hour that you are with us, it is all about YOU. THIS is what we consider to be “real” Personal Training.

All of our sessions are 1 hour. This ensures that we are able to do all that we want to do at each session and still be able to take adequate rests in between exercises when appropriate. We will cover cardio, stretching for flexibility and injury prevention, floor exercises, strength training, and agility training. endurance training and even boxing for certain individuals.
